  • How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

    We're on it! Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our processing and shipping times depend on AnPost and Fastway, our postal service partners. Sometimes, factors beyond our control may cause slight delays. We want to keep you informed throughout the delivery process, so we'll send you a notification once your order is on its way. During checkout, you can choose "Registered" for a more accurate delivery date and a handy tracking number to follow your package's journey.

    What are the shipping options available?

    Choices, choices! We offer standard shipping through AnPost/ Fastway, as well as registered post. If you're local and prefer a personal touch, you can also choose to collect your order from St.Lukes Cross in Cork city. Just reach out to us after placing your order, by emailing orders@stlukes.ie and we'll arrange a date and time that suits you.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Absolutely! We ship internationally to France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. For our UK friends, please note that any customs and import duties are your responsibility.

    How can I track my order?

    Let's keep tabs on your order! Once we've shipped it, we'll let you know. To stay in the loop, you can select "Registered" during checkout for a more precise delivery date from AnPost, along with a tracking number to follow your package's progress.

    What is your return policy for damaged or defective items during shipping?

    We've got your back! We value your trust in St.Lukes, and if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to make things right. Just reach out to our order support team by emailing orders@stlukes.ie within 3 working days of receiving the product, and we'll swiftly assist you.   • Where do you source your homeware products?

    We take pride in offering high-quality homeware products sourced primarily from talented suppliers within the European Union. Our sourcing spans countries like Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Denmark, and more. By supporting European suppliers, we prioritise craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and ethical manufacturing guidelines. It's all about bringing you unique and responsibly made homeware items that you can enjoy with confidence.

    Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable products?

    We're doing our part! We're proud to offer eco-friendly products, like our vegan, plastic-free, and eco-friendly Bally range. Our suppliers package their products in plastic-free or biodegradable materials. We're also mindful of our shipping packaging, aiming for plastic-free options whenever possible. Occasionally, for delicate items, we may need to use bubble wrap, but we'll always check with you first to make sure it's okay!

    Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

    We value the personal touch! We work diligently to source products from suppliers who take pride in their craft and make the items themselves. Our goal is to provide you with unique pieces and avoid mass-produced products you might find elsewhere.

    Can I find product care instructions on your website?

    Absolutely! We want to ensure you have all the information you need to care for your homeware items. We strive to include care instructions in the item descriptions. If you feel we could provide more details, please let us know by emailing us at hello@stlukes.ie, and we'll gladly add them.

    Are the product images on your website accurate representations of the actual products?

    Trust your eyes! Most of the product photos you see on our website were taken by us. For some cases, we may use photos provided by our suppliers when they perfectly represent the product. We want you to have a clear and accurate idea of what you're getting.

  • What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment information secure?

    Pay with peace of mind! We use Stripe, a trusted and certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, to process all payments on our secure online store. With our site protected by HTTPS, you can rest assured that your payment information is encrypted and kept safe during transmission. Stripe employs top-of-the-line security tools and practices to maintain a high level of protection for your payment information. You can pay using major credit cards or Apple Pay for a seamless checkout experience. Your security is our top priority at St. Lukes.

    Do you store customer payment details?

    Your information is safe with us! At St. Lukes, we do not store any payment methods, and we'll never have access to them.     We're your friendly neighbourhood Cork business, based in none other than St. Lukes itself! Our founder, a Parisian-born Corkonian, brings a love for European and Mediterranean homeware with a darker, rustic twist. Our mission is to make your shopping experience hassle-free by eliminating high shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties for our EU customers. We want to share the things we love with you!

    How did St.Lukes start?

    It all began with a small antique business, curating unique pieces from around the world with a fondness for the extraordinary. We always dreamed of combining this passion with interior design and homeware, and that's how St.Lukes came to be!

    Can I visit a physical store or showroom?
