Shipping Policy

  • We know you're excited to get your homeware goodies, so we'll try to get them to you as fast as possible!

    We ship throughout Ireland, France, Germany, so no matter where you live, you can deck out your digs in style.

    We'll process your order faster than you can say "Irish spring", usually within 1-2 business days.

    Shipping times can vary depending on where you are, but we'll do our best to get your package to you within an undefined numbers of business days.

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, so if you're going for a massive ceramic vase, it might be a bit pricier to ship (but totally worth it, right?).

  • We're confident that you'll love your new homeware, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

    If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    Just shoot us an email at orders@stlukes.ie with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll sort it out.

    Please make sure to return your items in their original packaging and in unused condition - we don't want any scratched up plates or dented candle holders!

    You're responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective.

    We'll issue your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item and thumbs up by our processing team.

  • At St.Lukes, we take pride in delivering your orders in pristine condition. However, we understand that the shipping journey can sometimes be bumpy, and accidents occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, fear not! We've got a straightforward return policy to set things right.

    Just shoot an email to our fantastic customer support team at orders@stlukes.ie within 3 working days of receiving the product. Be sure to include a description of the issue and, if possible, some snapshots of the mishap. The more we know, the better we can assist you!

    Rest assured, we'll handle it like pros. Depending on the situation, we'll issue a full refund, including any shipping fees. We'll process the refund using your original payment method, ensuring you're not left out of pocket.

    Our dedicated order support team will guide you through the return process and provide clear instructions on how to proceed. We want to resolve the matter ASAP, putting a smile back on your face.

    Please note that this policy specifically covers damaged or defective items caused during shipping. For other return or exchange inquiries, refer to our general return policy mentioned above. We're here to make your shopping experience stress-free!

  • Please note

    We can't accept returns on hygiene products (pads, shower puffs, soaps etc) personalised and custom-made items - after all, we can't exactly sell a vase with your name on it to someone else! This also includes framed prints.

    Sale items are final sale, however under consumer law, you do have a 14-day cooling off period. So give us a shout if you need to return the item within 14 days.

    While we're pretty darn good at packing up your orders securely, we're not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does go missing, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim (we'll cross our fingers for you!).
